Shipping

The following delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site.
Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order.
All prices are expressed in U.S. currency. Delivery cost includes shipping insurance.

Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).

Two-Day Delivery & Overnight Delivery

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Deliveries
Add $3.00 to the applicable charges. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).

International Deliveries
A base delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement that could be amended at a later date for additional charges in the foreign country. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Check, Money Order, M/C & Visa

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order if your shipping address is in Florida.

Returns & exchanges
If you are not happy with your Elle LeSavette purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it, replace it or issue a refund.  Refunds will be given only on NEW and UNUSED, merchandise within 10 days of receipt.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return Process:  Simply contact us and request a Return Authorization form.
customerservice@ellelesavette.com  Once you receive your RA form, return the item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or invoice and a copy of the completed RA form. To ensure that proper credit will be received, we recommend that you choose a carrier that will enable you to track your return.  

Returns will usually be processed within two weeks and credits should post to your credit card account within two billing cycles.

Please note: Elle LeSavette ONLINE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE.  Merchandise that was purchased from a store or website other than www.ellelesavette.com cannot be returned or exchanged through this site.
